📦 Returns & Exchanges

At Rudvan, we take pride in offering premium-quality menswear. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to assist you. Kindly read the policy guidelines carefully:

🔁 Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product or fit, you may request a return.

  • A nominal return fee of ₹200 per product will be charged to cover logistics costs.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please email us with your order number and issue details.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, size exchanges are available under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

  • Exchange shipping charges apply.

  • Email us at rudvan.india@gmail.com with your order number and required size.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product (reverse pickup is not available).

  • Please use a traceable courier service and keep the acknowledgment receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Include the following details inside the parcel:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Email ID

  • Order Number

  • Desired size for exchange

❗ Please Note

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges are valid only for the same product (equal value).

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at rudvan.india@gmail.com.

🎟️ Credit Notes (If Size Is Unavailable)

If the requested size is unavailable:

  • A credit note will be issued.

  • Credit notes are valid for 30 days and redeemable at www.rudvan.com.

🔁 Partial Order Exchanges

If only part of your order qualifies for exchange, you may still initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

📏 Fit Issues

For any size or fit-related concerns:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If your preferred size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

🚫 Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted For

  • Dissatisfaction with material or color tone (please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering).

  • Minor color variations (10–12%) due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance periods.
